Josh Vickery and Bob LaDouceur both have a fundamental understanding of the disconnect between client expectations and the final delivery of their low voltage package. Both have extensive experience in every stage of low voltage construction IT. By bringing together design, procurement, installation, and continuing services into a single transparent package, Josh and Bob revolutionized how low voltage solutions are delivered. We are proud to be known for our innovative approach to low-voltage systems and our commitment to providing excellent service.
Josh and Bob became a team at CSC, a low voltage distributor, in 2008 where they made President’s Club in their first year. Sensing an opportunity to provide significant value to the entire construction IT process, the two went on to start a low voltage contractor business the next year to educate themselves on the pitfalls of a typical low voltage installation. Taking that knowledge, they then evolved into CSP Consultants Group in 2012, combining design and manufacturer representation into a complete turnkey IT construction firm. Over the next decade following the same methodology to learn and evolve they turned CSP into what it is today, a full-service turnkey low voltage company.

As President, Josh Vickery is responsible for global sales initiatives as well as overall company direction and vision. Josh has extensive low voltage career experience and expertise working in distribution, contracting, and consulting for 20+ years, and has owned and operated multiple companies within this vertical. He has an Associate’s Degree in CAD Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology.
Bob Ladouceaur

As Chief Operations Officer, Bob LaDouceur is responsible for all project consultations and designs, marketing, partner relations, and general day-to-day activities. Bob has 15+ years experience in the low voltage industry working with distribution and contracting and has designed or installed 250+ projects. He has an Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College of Business
Brett Harper

Brett Harper brings over 25 years of experience in the information technology and low voltage systems industry. His extensive background includes various sales and management roles working in the commercial construction segments of manufacturing, logistics and system integration. Most recently, Brett spent the last 4 years focused exclusively on working with project and development service firms to deliver cost effective, state of the art technology infrastructure solutions for commercial renovation and new build projects. Brett holds a B.A. degree from the University of Oregon.

With a focus on Low Voltage systems, from Fire Safety and Security to AV and Data cabling, Moses has effectively led a multitude of installations in all its phases. As Senior Project Manager, his knowledge and expertise will be focused on seamless project renovations and customer support.

As a Senior Project Manager for CSP, Jon is responsible for field project management nationwide. Jon has 25 years of experience in information technology and low voltage project management, specifically in the construction industry. Jon spent 18+ years with a national construction leader and was responsible for many initiatives and projects in the low voltage space including regional office buildouts, server rooms, structured cabling, and remote office setup. Jon uses his extensive field expertise and knowledge to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
