As President, Josh Vickery is responsible for global sales initiatives as well as overall company direction and vision. Josh has extensive low voltage career experience and expertise working in distribution, contracting, and consulting for 20+ years, and has owned and operated multiple companies within this vertical. He has an Associate’s Degree in CAD Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology.
Bob LaDouceur
COO & Co-Founder
As Chief Operations Officer, Bob LaDouceur is responsible for all project consultations and designs, marketing, partner relations, and general day-to-day activities. Bob has 15+ years experience in the low voltage industry working with distribution and contracting and has designed or installed 250+ projects. He has an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking Systems Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College of Business.
Brett Harper

Brett Harper brings over 25 years of experience in the information technology and low voltage systems industry. His extensive background includes various sales and management roles working in the commercial construction segments of manufacturing, logistics and system integration. Most recently, Brett spent the last 4 years focused exclusively on working with project and development service firms to deliver cost effective, state of the art technology infrastructure solutions for commercial renovation and new build projects. Brett holds a B.A. degree from the University of Oregon.
Zoy Oviedo
Director of Project Management
Zoy has over seven years experience in commercial real estate project management and over 20 years in the commercial construction management industry. In previous individual and team roles Zoy successfully managed large interior build-outs, building renovations, and move management projects supporting Fortune 500 clients. As Director of Project Management, Zoy will utilize her specified skill set to ensure each project is holistically managed and will be the single point of contact for CSP Clients.
Kareem Carter, RCDD, CTS, LEED AP BD+C
Lead Engineer
Kareem has spent the majority of his life in the Advanced Technology discipline. With over 20 years on all sides of the industry, he has built a reputation of innovation, technical expertise, industry standards, and extensive knowledge of construction design methodologies. Kareem is a member of numerous industry standard bodies as well as a Council member of the AVIXA Independent Consultants of Audiovisual Technology board.
Evan Sheffield
Director Of Engineering
Evan Sheffield has over 10 years of experience in top-tier consulting services within the Low Voltage industry including Design, Specification, Budget Creation, Procurement, and Construction Administration. As Director Of Operations Evan implements skilled oversight and project execution in all phases of the CSP process.
Joseph Ratliff
Director of Operations
Joseph Ratliff has over 15 years’ experience in safety management, training, and project coordination as well as 6+ years of purchasing and materials procurement experience. He has been directly involved in the design and installation of multiple security camera and business communication systems. Joseph is a graduate of Radford University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
